In the sense of § 81 et sequentia of Employment Act No. 435/2004 Coll.1 each employer with more than 25 employees must employ 4 % of handicapped persons. The employer must pay a special levy to the state budget in case this obligation is not complied with. This absolutely ineffective levy can be avoided by purchasing of products or consuming of services from an employer who employs more than 50% health handicapped employees.
