Employment of health handicapped persons (OZZ)

For implementation of the plan for support of employment of health handicapped persons our company actively seeks suitable vacancies for these persons.

The persons are health handicapped persons as well as ČID (partial disability pension) and PID (full disability pension).

Requirements for health handicapped employees

A health handicapped person must submit all documents required, in order to comply with all requirements and the documents should undoubtedly demonstrate the employee is a health handicapped person. The employee must submit these documents upon signature of his/her full time employment contract. They include:

a decision on granting of either partial or full disability pension from Czech Social Security Administration or District Social Security Administration,
a decision on certification of health handicapped person (OZZ) from District Social Security Administration,
a medical confirmation from a GP confirming the applicant is eligible for the work of a security guard.

These documents are a precondition for application of a claim for contribution! No contribution will be paid without the documents because said person is then regarded as healthy person.
